About Me

I am Guirlene Antoine Founder of Zubulin LLC. I am a wife, mother and career woman. But above all else I am a devote follower of Christ. As a high school student, I did not know who or what I wanted to be before graduating. I knew I was not ready for college and I could not stay in my hometown. So, I did something I never thought I would do – join the military. It was here that I got married, started a family, earned my bachelor’s degree (no student loans), and finally took a huge leap of faith and started my company. Like many people I did not know what my purpose was and it begin to weigh on me.

As I started my journey I landed on mentorship or at least that’s what I thought; I am going to help people find mentors to be successful in their respective field. But the Lord shifted my focus from mentorship to purpose. I thought, aren’t their enough businesses or people out there to help find your calling or purpose. Where do I fit in this. He truly took me on a journey to a deep understanding of what that really means. Not only the true understanding on how to find your calling but the foundation to build before, the work after, and the maintenance of it. Therefore, we at Zubulin are so excited to take you on the journey of discovering your calling and why you won’t regret it.

Credentials & Experience

Education

I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Maryland University College in 2016. Initially, my plan was to pursue a doctorate and become a therapist. However, after deep reflection and thorough research, I realized my path was meant to be different. While I have a deep appreciation for the value of therapy and the transformative impact it can have, I felt called to serve people beyond the confines of a traditional office setting. I didn’t want to be placed in a box. Through my faith, life experiences, education, and research, I discovered a powerful truth: true, lasting success in life begins with discovering our purpose. Today, I am excited to share with the world not just inspirational words, but also practical, actionable methods that help people uncover and live out their unique purpose.

Experience

I understand what it feels like to be a high school student unsure of what path to take, and what it’s like to enter adulthood still searching for the answer. I know the experience of going through my entire twenties without clarity, and then reaching my thirties where the question of “What am I meant to do?” became too loud to ignore.
Over time, the focus of my question shifted—from seeking a career I could simply enjoy and earn from, to seeking my true purpose. I realized I was created for something specific, and it is within that calling that the greatest impact and fulfillment are found.

In addition to my personal journey, I have spent over 16 years serving in the military. One of the most powerful lessons I observed during that time was the undeniable impact of mentorship. Those who had mentors consistently excelled faster and more confidently than those who did not.
Throughout my career, I have had the honor of mentoring many Soldiers and civilians, guiding them in their professional journeys and, for some, helping them begin the process of discovering their deeper purpose.
